Enrichment Classes

Putnam Elementary offers Enrichment Classes to our students on a rotating basis. Students are recommended by the classroom teachers and they are able to select from Art, Music or Technology.  We have 3 sessions that are available during the school year.

Leadership Team - Thank you to Deb Gillan, Elena Diaz vavrina, and Susan Lessard for encouraging our 5th grade leadership team

Putnam PAW Store - Putnam Elementary is a believer in 5 positive recognitions for every one "redirects".  Students receive a Putnam PAW from teachers throughout the building. Every month we have a PAW Store so students can redeem their PAWS for a tangible reward.  Some of the items that students can select at the PAW store are small to promote a positive experience for everyone.  Some of the students elect to save up their PAWS for larger rewards.  We are very fortunate to have a strong community relationship with our First Responders.  Students can save their PAWS to have lunch with Mr. Apodaca, Mr. Furlett, or even a Fort Collins Police Officer or Fort Collins Fire Fighter!

School Assemblies

We are very fortunate to have school assemblies on a quarterly basis.  Our School was selected to receive several new instruments through Can'dAid.  Our students enjoyed a school wide live performance.

Not only is our school a "Centers of Excellence" award winner for THREE years in a row, we are proud to be recognized as a healthy and clean building!
